How We
Look at Life
Jesus, for two thousand years, has helped his followers
apply his teachings to real life situations. Some have
applied Jesus’ teachings in much better and more practical
ways than others. Some have done it creatively and with his
Spirit’s power. Others have done it by following the godly
example of men and women that lived before them.
However we do it, we believe we need to apply the teaching
and example of Jesus to our lives for him to save us.
Unless we are willing to change anything and everything for
Jesus, we are not willing to live in his Kingdom and power.
These are some issues we have faced, seeking to live by the
teachings of Christ at Elmendorf, and the conclusions we
have drawn. We welcome your input, and where we become
convinced we should make a better application, we stand
committed to do so.
